Yesterday the sun appeared on the horizon around 7:30 and was gone by 7:40. We are hoping for a little better today. Jamie was the first of the boys in. He told his fellow swimmers “if it is cold I’ll make a noise and if it’s hot l’ll make a noise”. The other swimmers were so pleased they were going to know!!!!!!!

Interesting first session. At times it seems Halloween like in the haze.
Finally the sun came up and stayed around
Another 5k session so the girls needed some pampering after breakfast. Looks like they kept with the Halloween theme except Amelie who was too good to be scary.
Back to the pool for another intensive session
Great session in the Gym. Eliza bench pressed 40kg and all the girls delivered.
As for the boys. Well they didn’t surpass the girls performance yesterday.
The girls really trained well today. In the pool and in the gym. The boys worked well together, supporting each other, but the girls came out on top. Swimmer of the day went to Immy who delivered in the morning, afternoon and in the gym. Well done.
